We wanted to share that Northland Natural Pet is operating as normal.  We are as dedicated as ever to serving the needs of our vital community of independent pet retailers, professionals, and pet parents. We are doing our part to flatten the curve while ensuring everyone has access to the essential foods and supplements our pets need to thrive.

We are happy to share that our brands are communicating the same to us. They are just as dedicated to providing the same great products and service we know to trust from them.

Status of Our Stock

At this time any product shortages are expected to be temporary. Some outages have already been resolved and re-stocked while other shipments are on the way. Our vendors are working hard to ensure all products remain available without delay, and our team is closely monitoring stock and placing additional orders as needed. In the interim, to ensure as many stores and communities have product available as possible, some SKUS might have order limits.

Doing our part

We have implemented additional safety measures at Northland including maintaining recommended social distancing practices, remote working, and more rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols.

This includes minimizing interactions and maintaining distance with delivery drivers and will call customers. – If you are coming in for a scheduled pickup please call when you arrive and we will direct you to your pickup door and arrange payment via phone.

Staying Positive

While we face a global struggle, we see people coming together (while staying apart) to make a difference. Necessity is the mother of invention and we are pleased to see everyone developing new ways to do the same great things. We are proud to be part of a network so ready to serve and participate in protecting the health and safety of our communities. Ensuring that everyone’s needs are met and no pets are going without.
