Super Snouts Hemp Company has announced that they will change wording on their labeling and websites. They are making this change in conjunction with other major CBD pet product companies for the reasons they have stated below:

“Why are products labeled as PHYTO and not CBD?
In an effort to improve our overall transparency, customer education, and FDA compliance, we are proactively removing the term CBD from our labels and our website. Our full line of cannabinoid rich products have not changed at all, only the label and website terminology has been converted to ensure that we remain compliant with the FDA and continue to offer our customers the most innovative cannabinoid rich products at the best prices.”

The new labels will begin rolling out to stores in the next couple months.  This change has already taken place on the Super Snouts Hemp Company website.

Helpful CBD Terminology
PHYTO refers to Phyto-Cannabinoids’s (Compounds) like CBD, CBG, CBN & CBC

PCR stands for Phyto-Compound-Rich often used in statements like “PCR Hemp Actives” or “PCR Hemp Extract”
