The following two manufactures have announced voluntary recalls as of March 7, 2013.

Recall – Turducken 8 oz. Patties
Steve’s Real Food is recalling one lot of Turducken Canine Diet – 8oz. Patties due to potential contamination of Salmonella.
The product is sold in 5 pound green and cream colored bags with lot number T-duck Patties B209-10-27-13 and an Use By of 10-27-13.
Northland Retailers: The following item should be removed from shelves, destroyed and the Certificate of Destruction sent back to Solid Gold Northland for credit.

While no reports of illness have been reported, Diggin’ Your Dog is voluntarily withdrawing one small batch of Strippin’ Chicks Pet Treats produced last year on 8-30-12.
We are informing our valued customers because this exclusive lot may have the potential to contain trace amounts of Salmonella. No other Diggin’ Your Dog product, lot code or production dates are affected.
